what would be the coolest reptiles in a 40 gallon fish tank?? please answer?

Red tailed boa. That is one of the coolest snakes in the world. Or if you want an awesome lizard that gets big, get a bearded dragon or water dragon.
 
Well, if you don't want snakes you could have

3-7 Leopard geckos
a bearded dragon

if you want a challenge you could get like 4 red eyed tree frogs or any other tropical frogs

a turtle

you could get crested geckos

you could also get a Mali Uromastyx very cool lizards..... research them

Someone recommended a Red Tailed Boa in a 40 gallon....maybe for a teenager, one thats about 6 feet or so, but after that you'll need a bigger tank. However, an adult Ball Python would do WONDERFUL in a tank that size xD
