I picked this up from the market because it looked so good, but now I am not so sure about just how to cook it, dumb I know!
It's called Steak Spindini and it is thin strips of steak wrapped around (like a jelly roll) on a wooden stick (like you use for Kabobs) with bacon, thin strips of cheese and spaghetti sauce in the middle.
Any suggestion on the best way to cook this would be helpful. Thanks in advance for your help!
