what would be the best lift for a toyota pickup 89-95?

2 or 3 inch lift, and body lift or suspension lift?

suspension lift is more rigid but is piece of cake. a slight body lift is a good compliment too

Well this really depends on the reason you are lifting it. I would guess to put bigger tires on it. I would probably go for the 3" suspension lift. Suspension lifts are better than body lifts in many ways. They don't take away ride comfort and keep your vehicle more stable than a body lift. (if installed properly)
