I'm 16. I'm 106, I realize I am a healthy weight for my age but it always worries me that I don't exercise at all. I feel really miserable and even old during the day. I do online schooling, so most the time I'm at my house. Would it be better for me to get outside and walk or do the treadmill at my house? I know going to a gym would be a good thing to do, but I don't have my liscense yet so it would be a pain having someone to drive me all the time. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.
