What would be the best amp to power two Rockford Fosgate subs?

I'm in the process of purchasing two Rockford Fosgate T2 12" Woofers, and I was wondering first, should I get the 2 ohm, or 4 ohm subs? and with that, what would be the best amplifier to power the two of them. I would prefer to keep my car entirely Fosgate. Yes, I realize it's more expensive, but that isn't of concern. The car is a Nissan 350z, and I have a ported box that fits between the seats and the Z bar. Thanks!
Also, I'm looking to get a speaker component set. I'd prefer the Rockford Fosgate Power Series.
 
the p1000 1bd would do it, but you can push it with a t2500-1bd for some massive power at 2 ohms its like 1800rms, at 1 ohm like 2500rms
