international law applicable? When I was working in abroad Three and half years back I took personal loan from bank called “A” and also got credit cards as well. When I came to my home country on a vacation the company I worked, sent me the termination letter. Now I’m jobless and don’t have any belongings. Last couple of week back I received a call from local agent who work for abroad banks asking me about how I am going to make the payment. I don’t have any sources to pay this due. What would be the applicable law for my case or is there any international law applicable?
