What would be my pulse/heart rate be if I had Gatorade before exercising?

This is for my Investigatory Project.

We're all 14 years old, let's say subject A drank WATER, and subject B drank GATORADE. Both subjects drank their given drinks BEFORE exercising (1km run)

Let's say they their heart rates will be measured by a sphygmomanometer. What would be their heart rates be?
