S Stephen Active member Oct 13, 2011 #1 both would be in a ported box. cvr's in the kicker ported box with a 1500w amp 650 rms. and the comps in a pre fab ported box with a 1200w amp not sure how many rms at 2 ohms. which one would be louder? hit harder? and sound better?
