What would be better Adobe Flash on PC or MAC?

I am thinking about buying Adobe Flash. I currently have a PC, and I am going off to College soon and I was considering buying a MAC. So now I really don't know what to do! I could either buy Adobe Flash for a PC and get a new PC and have it on both computers, or just buy a MAC and Flash for MAC. But alot of this depends on Flash since it is pretty expensive...

Any ideas? Anyone know if Flash is better on a PC or a MAC??
