What would be a good restaurant to go out to for a birthday dinner?

me and 3 of my friends want to go out for lunch for my birthday and i want to go somewhere nice but not too expensive...so what places would be good for lunch? and also homecoming we wanna go out before homecoming but not Too expensive Again and something not Too filling. (: thanks. btw i live in illinois so around like dupage/cook county area. please.
