Excellent...
Then go and have a short interview with him and that will confirm ur feelings of respect for him.
Stuff ur essay with facts and that will impress. Get those facts firsthand from him. Mention that the facts do come straight from him and describe the warm relationship u2 have.
Start when u first noticed his affect on u and how it has grown to help u over the years.
