I am 13 and going into 8th grade. I have a few extra pounds but it's not a big problem. I eat as healthy as I can like no fast food or junk food. My biggest problem though is snacking, I snack very badly because I get bored. I am looking for an eating plan that might help me. I am planning on taking a 10-15 jog every morning before school and a 30 minute or longer if possible on weekends on my treadmill because I heard that if you keep a pace you lose fat faster. Anyways I am planning on that and I eat very healthy except my family doesn't, I have tried to get them to eat healthy but it is very hard because I have a 6 year old brother who only eats candy and kid cuisines and a lot of fast food and junk food. How can I convince them to all eat healthier so I can ge rid of the temptation?
