What would be a good beginner bikes?

Hello, I was wondering what models I should look for as a beginner. I intend to acquire a 125cc motorbike for now, to learn on and to get the general feel of riding. A bike with manual transmission would be good as it will help me gain clutch experience. I won't be doing long distances - probably around 10 miles a day.

So, what are your recommendations?
