What would an average penalty be for 7 counts of ROBBERY and 7 counts of

DISGUISE WITH INTENT be in Canada? I just found out a guy I used to know has been charged with these offences. Just curious as to much time he will get.
I would assume it was fairly non-violent because he seemed like a mellow guy when i knew him.
