...warranty? (10 points!)? My battery has been really short lately and i have a warranty on it and so i called verizon and they said i should take it to a store and get it tested. What will they do if it turns out the battery is in fact defective? I want a blackberry (since right now i just have a regular phone and i dont like it) so would it be possible for them to give me credit towards a new phone? My current phone is only a year old so it isnt time for them to give me a discount on a new one yet. Thanks!
