What will the repo man do if I don't have his car?

I sold my car a while back cause I needed the dough and planned on having enough to pay off the bank shortly after and then have the title. Too many things happened to name, but I didnt pay off the bank and now my car is in repo but I dont have the car anymore or the cash to pay it off. What are they going to do to me? Can they take something else?

It doesn't matter what you did with the car, the lender has a legal right to ownership. You sold something you didn't legally own. They will find the car and repo it from the person you sold it to, who could have you charged with fraud and sue you for damages. The lender will sell the car and demand the remaining balance of your loan and if you don't pay, then they will sue you.
