My brother's 15, is on probation, has already been to juvey, has c-step this summer, and a court date this month. He's supposedly in the 'folk organization' gang. This morning my mom found a gun with the serial number scratched off in his drawer and some crack (she thinks...she said it looked like a broken up tooth) in a pair of pants in his room. She went to the police and they said it could be a felony. I was wondering what would happen to him and if there's anyway they can keep him off the streets or in jail for a while or something?
What will the law do to my 15 year old brother?
