I really want to start road racing and i'm already a cyclist but as of the last month I haven't really been riding.
I don't know what the best and most timely training regimine would be because frankly I don't have time to be on a bike for six hours at one time.
My weak point is climbing and I feel like I'd have to upgrade my equipment on my bicycle which I have no money to do.
But, for women's cat 4 or 5 to begin what should I start and when to race in the spring?
I already commute fast and a fair amount to make up for my lack of riding...but i'll start up again soon...and I run and go to the gym every day..so my fitness level shouldn't be an issue.
