I had a judgment won in my favor in small claims court against the defendant for my ex-roommate. Long story short I had Oral Examination hearing last month. She answered interrogatories under oath. I asked her employer information for writ of garnishment procedures. She lied about her employer based on the returned form by employer's statement. They said she was never an employee there. I submitted a show cause hearing for contempt of court. What will happen at this show cause hearing and if she's convicted?
