judgement against me? I have a judgement. Someone is after my money.(civil case)
This person sued me for everything that she possibly can.(fraud, and list goes on)
Law suit was filed In CA, but me and wife will soon live in NY.
What will happen to my wife's property, car, bank acct, etc....?
My name is not on any of the list mentioned.
Can my wife lose everything she owns even though they're not jointly owned? or how would the person find out that I'm married?
Lastly, what happens to my driving lisence(NY)?
