I am 21 and on my parent's insurance plan. I have been getting sick a lot lately, and my Dr. has been telling me I have some symptoms of having an immune problem (lupus and psoriasis run in my family) but I am currently undergoing tests.
I am getting worried because my parent's plan will only cover me until I'm 23 (this is when I will graduate). I'm am getting really worried about finding health insurance because I will now have a "pre-existing condition." What do I do? Does an insurance plan provided by an employer have to cover me? Will it be really expensive? I am freaking out.
