My boyfriend split with his ex a while ago and they both have a house in their names. He can afford a mortgage on his own but she can't and hasnt been paying anything towards th ebills and so he wants her out so we can live our lives.
It is going to go through the courts because she hasn't replied to any of the letters from his solicitor and her solicitor is not doing her job properly.
Has anyone been in this situation themselves where they have had to go to court to find out wat will happen wiht the house? She wants to sell but he wants to take the mortgage on himself because if they sell they will end up in dept because if what they will still owe on the mortgage.
Need advice on what will happen and how long it could go on for.
