i basically took around 600 dollars worth of stuff from the place i work, they caught me taking one thing and took me into "the room" and questioned me, i broke down and told them everything i ever took, the called the police and took me to the holding cell and the local department, a day after i took everything i ever stole and returned it back to the store, i didn't hear anything for about two months and just got my court date in the mail, and am absolutely terrified, im 18 and just about to start college and everything new about my life. can anyone help me into letting me know what i might expect? should i plead guilty or no contest? can someone please help me????
what will happen if i took 600 from my work place and now have a court date?
