I'm 5' tall, but I weigh alot more than I should for my height and age. I am looking to lose some weight by christmas, I had the idea of cutting out all the sugar and junk food, and eat very healthy, drink alot more and exercise about 2 hrs 7 days a week until christmas. (I'm going to continue after christmas, of course, because I don't want to gain it all back.) my question is, HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU THINK I WILL LOSE BY CHRISTMAS IF I DO THIS. the thing I am concerned with, is that I do not want my body to go into starvation mode when I eat less. a sample meal for me for a day would be a fiber one yogurt in the am, fruit and salad for lunch, and lean meat and veggies for dinner. little portions too. and for exercise cardio and wieght lifting. ect....do you think that I will lose all my muscle if that is all I eat, even if I exercise that much. I just really wanna lose alot of weight by christmas, a healthy way though. do you think my plan will work? how much wieght do you think I will lose by then?
