what wheels/rims 26" should i put on my giant rincon xl 2008 model with the 6 bolt disc?

my rim got vandalized and i need new ones i ride 30 mile 5 days a week on the street and need it some times to fly down trails but mostly dirt roads.. im looking to spend 300 max with new cassette and everything
