what weight lifting exercises should i use for sprinting/jumping?

Look you got a couple good ways you could do this.
Plytometrics and/or Resistance training, with regards to resistance training your doing the action you want (running and jumping) with weights resisting against you. Obviously don't go crazy and aim to get pulled back by a tonne. But something that will make your body work hard to run with say ankle weights then when you take them off and run your body will be much more thrustful and explosive...hence helping your sprinting and jumping. All NBA players utilize plytometrics so consider it mate. you've seen them perform with speed sprinting up and down and their jumping ability. best of luck =]
