i have a AT&T samsung propel. i need a website that i can CREATE free wallpapers. my friend has a slideshow as her wallpaper with pictures tht move really fast, but she had to pay for it. i want to make my own instead of downloading one. but i want to be able to recieve it with a text message, so that i don't have to go to the internet through my phone and download it.
