what website can I look at to learn more about government laws.?

I was arrested. Police asked for my ID. Ran my id number. Found out I had a warrant for missing a court date. I just want to learn more about the laws to protect myself in the future. Maybe something with the constitution. Or a website showing me the rights that I have against the law.
 
You did not go into detail the type of law you want to learn more about nor did you say what state you were in.
