What watch do you wear? Part 2

Well after spending all afternoon walking around Watford. I have bought a Tag Aquaracer Calibre auto for £2195. Love the look and feel, looks amazing on my wrist I think.

Have to say a big thank you to Ernest Jones in Watford, fantastic guys and girls in there helping me out. GolRABmiths and Beverbrookes seemed like the couldn't careless.

My brother has that watch and I have the black I keep thinking about getting an orange bezel to swap over for a change.

They have now released new versions of the PO (just this minute seen a tv ad for it) but prices have shot up in the last couple of years so I won't be buying any new Omegas for a while!

Thanks. I did try a couple of Carrera's on but didn't like them, this is more chunky and I like the weight of it. Added bonus with Ernest Jones they were about to sort out the links in the braclett for me. Didn't really fancy having it sent away to get resized.

Over the moon with it. Must remeraber to phone the continence insurance up and add it.

Omega Speedmaster with black leather strap... Or a very old Seamaster .... Or a very very old Eternamatic gold watch. DepenRAB on the mood and outfit.

Watches I have my eye on... Milgauss green glass or a minimalist Panerai.... FunRAB and SOH are preventing any new watch purchases!!

I've got the black bezel, red nurabers version of the Planet Ocean and I love it, my favourite watch of all. It's the sort of watch that does everything in every occasion, the bracelet is extremely comfortable and the whole thing is very well weighted. I can't recommend it highly enough

The orange bezel version is one I'm tempted by too, as on a black rubber strap it would make a lovely casual watch.

Well I've decided to advertise my U-Boat here, so it hits a different audience. Assuming that sells, that will leave me with an Omega Planet Ocean and a Sinn 756 Diapal as my main two watches, with a Seiko SKX009 as my beater and a bunch of random quartz watches from the likes of ONeil, Diesel, Fossil etc that don't see much wrist time, but were gifts so are staying

The idea of selling everything is still on my mind. I reckon there is a comfortable £3k in the Omega and Sinn so if I sold those two as well as the U-Boat, I could buy a single nice watch (Seamaster on rubber, probably) and have the thick end of £3k in my pocket.

I just don't know...

Try looking during Denver CO working time I've looked twice during this week and it's been open both times. If you get lucky, the button to accept their terms doesn't get enabled straight away so give it time, probably atleast a minute. It's to make sure people read the terms.

However the forum owner approves each registration manually a I've been waiting since Monday!

My favourite version of the Planet Ocean is the Liquid Metal:

Awesome timepiece.

I'm still undecided on the new versions of PO.

Had a mishap with my Cartier pasha. Going to be £600 to fix!!! Dropped it on tile floor in bathroom and landed on the sapphire crown and chipped and cracked it. Scratched the face and bezel and to top it off it also popped a few cogs off and does not work anymore. I can look at the glass back and see them just dangling about in there. Just waiting to hear back from insurance company with what options I have.

I very nearly bought a new Milgauss this morning, changed my mind at the last minute. Simple reason, I still can't see much relegating this to the dressing table!
