What watch do you wear? Part 2

Thanks for the advice.
I was just trying to avoid having to reset the time/date/24 hour display if I don't wear it for a while.
If they're potentially damaging though, I'll just have to suffer it.

That was my point, that I doubt anyone uses the chrono functions of watches any more.
Not when phones have stopwatches etc.
So it purely comes down to aesthetics, and I prefer a 'busy' dial to a plain one too.
My wife's Eco drive is going strong after 3+ years, and may come up for sale on here soon (no good to you I know).
Good watches.

Waste of money really. May be worth it if you had a watch with numerous complications or a non quick set date that took bloody ages to set but I still wouldn't bother. Doesn't take long to wind and set a watch.

I don't post comments in threaRAB I have absolutely no interest in but if I did I certainly wouldn't spend anywhere near the kind of time doing it some of the mentalists in this and the previous thread are.

Thanks guys.

Probably very true, all my watches have been chronograph ones and I never really used that feature.

I have been eyeing up a Hamilton Khaki Navy GMT as my birthday gift but it's not till end february so my mind may change lol.

Back OT... I've got a lovely Sinn 756 Diapal on it's way to me, should be delivered tomorrow. Sadly, that means my Hamilton Khaki Field Auto and my U-Boat Classico AB4/A (45mm) are on their way out

I'm trying to keep my collection fairly sensible these days. I will have (if the U-Boat sells) the Sinn, my Omega Planet Ocean, a Seiko SKX009 and a few quartz watches that people have bought me over the years that I don't want to get rid of.

I took delivery of my new watch today.

Nothing fancy, but I quite like it.

Quite a funny story actually because the watch was a present from Mrs for my birthday... but not that watch The one she bought me I sent back and ordered this one instead

recently got the Citizen Blue Angels Skyhawk AT Gents Watch (eco-drive)

got it slightly loose, tried it with one more link off but it seemed a bit tight

I just find it too small, compared to the rest of my collection it feels tiny, and I never wear a suit so I have no need for it to fit under cuff
