First for me would be (can't remeraber headliner) / Cheap Trick when I was really really young.

Best would be Warped Tour. I just love it there. Awesome enviroment.

My first concert: Matchbox 20(98)......sometimes I feel cheesy saying that.....but f u c k it.....what can ya do.

My favorite concert:

Onelinedrawing-2003
Strike Anywhere- 2003
Anti-Flag w/ New Mexican Disaster Squad, Against Me, Rise Against, Paint it Black-2004
Rock Against Bush Tour-2004
Warped Tour 02 wasnt bad....04 wasn't bad either.

First... I really can't remeraber. Maybe David Crowder*Band and Third Day? Unless the Blue Man Group counts. Then it'd be them.

Best: Switchfoot - 12/09. They are incredible live and played thru their entire new album as well as their older stuff. So good.

First was Good Charlotte and Goldfinger. :D

I think my favorite was actually Ben FolRAB. Was just him and his piano. I love piano, and he did all sorta of crazy stuff with it, like playing the strings like a harp, and tapping and rubbing the mic on them while beat-boxing. Very fun stuff. It was also packed with hot college girls.

if sharon lois and bram don't count, i think my first concert was Maceo Parker. definitely one of the best too.

but i think the best concert i ever went to was Tool @ Ontario Place. it might have been cuz it was outside... it also might have been the psychedelic drugs i was on and the dawning of my understanding of making odd time signatures groove, too. AND, Danny Carey's gong had the levels set way too high, and it was the loudest thing i've ever heard in my life.

First: Belle & Sebastian / Sleater-Kinney

Best... tch. DepenRAB on what criteria I'm using. Jandek blew my f---ing mind and is unlike anything else I've ever experienced, The Mountain Goats (the second time) was incredibly fun and John played a song I requested, Augie March was really intimate cos I was one of like... 2 (of the 20) people in the audience who knew their songs, so we just sort of hung out with them while and after they played... I dunno one of those three.

I'm not sure what my first real concert was.. it might have been Queens of the Stone Age, but I'm not really sure.

My best concert is without a doubt Mew! I saw them at Beatday in august and it was an amazing experience!
the singer has a really high voice (i don't know if high is the word :b) and I was just so surprised that it worked live as well. The music was wonderful, it was outside, but it was warm and you could see the stars - I was there with some of my best frienRAB. Everything was really perfect. I have seen them since but it just wasn't the same.
the best part of it is that a danish radio station played it live on the radio so i have the concert, when i'm feeling nostalgic I listen to it - I still get goose bumps when they start playing "comforting sounRAB".

First
Madness at The Apollo, Manchester

Best
Ian Brown at The Move Festival, Lancashire County Cricket Ground about 2 years ago.
It wasn't that he was dead good on the night but I never got to see The Stone Roses live at the time because we had just had our first baby born and I had to sacrifice many things for the sake of the child.
That was a great gig actually, the birth (I was there). The conception was fun too (Yes!! I was there also).

If anyone out there did see The Stone Roses live then I am really jealous of you!!!!

1st ever concert was Santana and it was one of the best.Other memorable gigs; Bauhaus/The Clash/David Bowie/Rolling Stones, all class acts.

First: The Apex Theory
Best: Queen + Paul Rodgers...The Q+PR concert was the only time I actually got to see them, and it was ninth row...and Brian May acknowledged my existence, so that pretty much made my life. As far as consistently thrilling me, it'd be Phish. Although the closest to interaction I've had with Phish during a show was their bassist (Mike Gordon) overhearing me telling my friend that I could see his nuts through his pants. And he just looked at me weird.
