what was your experience with Mirena IUD birth control?

Ok so i got my mirena put in last week an when they put it in it didn't hurt but when i got up to put my pants on it felt like they put a weight in my gut an left it in there. then my bf took me to get something to eat an i start getting these cramps so i tell him i wannna get home by the time i get home i feel like im going in to labor in order just for my cramping to stop i had to take three ibuprofen Just to get a lil Relief i kept getting those for about 3 or 4 days an now that stopped but now i've been having spotting for a week now can anyone tell me if you guys had this experience an has anyone ever gotting pregnant while taking the IUD i would like any information you may have to share thank you
