What was this song called?

i cant remember all the lyrics but only a couple lines. one of the lines it said either "she don't love you" or "he don't love you". Then the other line was "sha ka la ka boom boom boom" or something like that. i think it was made in the late 80's early 90's song and I always wondered what that song was called cause i would like to hear it again. If somebody knows what song I am talking about that would make my day or night lol. thx
