I remember downloading a demo probably 10 years ago or so. I think it may have just been single player, but the game was named after, or starred, some professional dirt bike rider. It had ragdoll physics where the guy would flail around all crazy anytime he crashed. I did some searching and motocross madness looks similar but i don't think it's that. The demo track was outdoors, with a dirt track, green grass surounding it, and huge hills and jumps.
