Did they actually "rule" on it in favor of either?

- OR -

Did they return it to the Circuit Court ?

I thought it was --

1. Florida court rules in favor of Gore
2. Circuit Court rules in favor of Bush
3. Gore appeals to Supreme Court.

If this is true -- Why is Gore v Bush, on record as a Supreme Court ruling.
