What was the name of this Channel 4 series involving school?

Hi everyone!

could anyone tell me the name of this documentary series on channel a few years ago please? It involved modern teenagers going to school how it would have been years ago? with the old punishments and exams and following how they coped etc

I really loved this show!

There were two series, the first one was set in a grammar school and the second in a secondary modern from the fifties and sixties. It was a good social experiment and showed how much discipline and standarRAB have changd in schools over the last 50 years.
 
The bit I also found interesting, is that they taught useful trades to those who did not want to go to university, and kiRAB that had found lessons boring really responded to being taught car maintenance & bricklaying etc
 
That was the Sec MoRAB for you - I assume it all disappeared with the introduction of the Comprehensives. Bet the Govt are realising their mistake now with the skills shortage they're always banging on about !
