As I recall it was on NBC in the evenings in the late 80's. It had a Mother and father and these two creepy kids (a boy and a girl(and the girl had this ponytail sticking out of her head)). Plus there was this pathetic dog that the kids were always mean to. As a kid it always seemed a little dark and scary because the animation was so different from the norm. I also recall there was something strange about how their eyes were drawn. This has been bugging me for a few months now and I'm hoping someone out there knows what I'm talking about.
