What was the most trivial topic that you argued vehemently over?

Living w/ my parents now and I have to laugh as they engage in a team effort to make ham salad.
Dad says he's "doing it" ... Mom responds w/ more emphasis that he's not ... lol

All of the arguments I have with my hubby are trivial. And it's because
he never hears what I say correctly. He will think I say something like
what I've actually said. So it's very frustrating to repeat myself, and
say the words slowly so he fully understands that he heard wrong.
Or he will second guess what he thinks I'm going to say, and will
have an answer ready for rebuttal. When I am close enough for him to
fully understand me, it's when we're in the car. And now he gets too
nervous while driving, to listen to what I'm saying. So how does one
deal with a man who has it all planned out in his head what he thinks
I'm saying, and nine times out of ten, he is always wrong and this
tends to create an argument. And much of the time, it's one sided.

Yes my hubby and i always argue when he drives my car . When he passes a car he just guns it and i tell him you don.t do that.
Well guess what we just had to have the transmission repaired and guess whi paid for it He did.
I asked the mechanice if this will damage the transmission and he said definitely.
i learned that from my deceased hubby he was a mechanic and taught me alot about cars.

My husband argues what bowl I should put his popcorn in. I argue that if he wants a different bowl, to get it himself.
