What Was The Last Film You Saw?

I have not been to the cinema for the last 2 weeks but the last film I saw in the cinema was Crash which was really good!
The last film I saw on DVD was The Day After Tommorrow as my friend wanted to watch it again but its good mindless film!
I am off to see The 40 Year Old Virgin tonight and I cant wait to see it as its meant to be very funny!
By the way I thought hide and seek was a dreadful film and the ending was a really awful twist!

DVD : Constantine (interesting but dull)
PC : Bewitched (a daft piece of fan-fiction that should never have been greenlit) or Crash (over-hyped and pretentious)
CINEMA : Batman Begins (a woeful missed opportunity. Overrated).

I saw 4 Brothers which was better than I thought it was going to be and I quite enjoyed it. I am off tonight to go and see Revolver but I am not expecting much after all the bad reviews!
Also over the weekend I am going to see Goal!, Land Of The Dead and Wolf Creek. Maybe a few other films as well if I can fit them in!

At the cinema: The Brothers Grimm, which was a lovely slice of fried Gilliam gold, a really fun movie. Even if it does have Matt Damon in it.

At home: Feng Shui, a slightly silly, not entirely great Filipino horror, with a nice little Final Destination style twist - everyone who dies gets killed in a manner related to thier Chinese birth year, so someone born in the year of the horse falls into some crates of San Miguel Red Horse beer, etc.

The last film I saw in the cinema was "Crash" too. :)

With recent world events, I'm feeling like a bit down :( ... might go to see that 40 year old virgin film.

On Terrestrial- Twelve Angry Men on ITV the other night. Such a simple plot but amazingly acted and written.
On Sky- Catch me if you can. Hadn't seen it before, wasn't expecting much (not a big Leo fan!) but was surprisingly watchable.
Cinema- Broken Flowers. I love Bill Murray.
DVD- Hitchhiker's (missed it at the flicks), wasn't as bad as I'd heard but not what I pictured from reading the book.
Vid- old grainy copy of Blade Runner followed by The Day the Earth Stood Still for my film thesis.

Does this count the ones on the tube? If it does then I watched The Sting the other day, it was on BBC2. One of my favourite movies, Paul Newman is such a dreamboat :)

At the movie theatre the last flick I saw was Willy Wonka..... which was superb, especially since I didn't have high hopes. All the time I was thinking, omg! He's just like Michael Jackson!

MissG ;)

Went to see 'The Man' whilst on holiday last month. I love Samuel L Jackson, I had high hopes. 'The Man' has now become the 3rd film I've walked out of - I sat through an hour of it hoping for improvement, wish I'd gone with my first impulse to leave after about 10 minutes. Dire, unfunny and just awful.

Crash 10/10- The best film of the year so far

The Wedding Crashers 9/10- very funny film and the best comedy for quite some time

The Island 8/10

I agree, terrible film, I have the advantage of having one of those unlimited cinema carRAB, and belive me, if a films that bad I'll walk!! Did that with Hope Springs too, left my girlfriend in there while I went to the bar to drown my sorrows!!

last film for me at Cinema: Serenity = Class
On DVD: Cannonball Run (free in newspaper)

havent watched a film on tv for ages

last film i saw was last week which was Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy

was ok but the girlos was a shit actor so hope to god to never see her again
