What was the hardest sport you've ever played?

rugby...the practices were brutal...it is harder than football...i was on a girls rugby team for 3 years...it was tough but rewarding...the best shape of my life...

cross country and track

running as fast as you can until your body does not have the capacity to go any faster without passing out...it was pretty tough. Also training brought me and my team mates to tears during some workouts they were so draining.

if you mean hard as in painful and very disciplinary i'd say running competatively.

if you say hard as in difficult and takes skill, soccer (football) is supposed to take more coordination than any other sport. I tried out for the soccer team when I was 14 but didn't make it. That's when I ran.

Football. American that is, Ive never played aussie ball so I wouldn't know what that's like but from my point of view football is, Its the most physically demanding and hard hitting sport there is. For me at a Quarterbacks position its the most mentally demanding as well, Plus getting pounded into the ground by a 280+ pound lineman hurts like HELL. Or getting blasted by a 250lb linebacker at full speed from the back is quite excruciating too. Ive played baseball, softball, basketball soccer, Golf and several other "sports" that I don't consider them to be and football takes the cake.

my mma competitions is hard i dont find baseball to hard i mean u have to pay attention biut its not the hardest sports

Field Hockey in High School...those witches on the opposite team can be brutal...I got myself a real bad cerebral concusion from one game that laid me low for about 6 weeks. I was the Captain of my team and the crazy Captain of the opposing team knocked me out with her stick right across my head like Bamm!
