What was the Apple game where you were a fish, and had to eat other fish?

I remember it was very detailed, with several kinds of fish and other aquatic creatures. You could also make your own fish, and there was a very detailed description of the behavior of each fish that you could choose. I remember I played it about 5 or so years ago, and it was very new then.
