What was that movie with a little girl who gets trapped in a dollhouse?

Possibly came out in the 90's, all I really remember is that a girl gets trapped in a dollhouse. It might've been the neighbors dollhouse or something, and she might've been moving somewhere else with her family? I know there were two families or just two little girls. That or there was some clone girl who replaced her when she got trapped. =\
