****** what was my calorie intake and did i eat enough today?? URGENT PLEASE

HELPP *****? im 5'6 and 110 pounds, and im trying to lose a bit more, how many calories is this :

breakfast - a bowl of fuity bites cereal (no milk)
lunch- 9 almonds and a handful of dried cranberries ( Crasisins Ocean Spray <==== brand)
dinner- i am going to have a chicken salad (lettuce, spinach, green beans, carrots, cucumber, chicken breast no skin)

is that a healthy diet for the day?? and how many calories is that? how long should i go on a run tonight for??
