I love my Ford trucks. They all have really high mileage and have all cost very little to keep running. I abuse them day in and day out and they keep going. I know theres some ford haters out there, thats fine, you wont convince me to change my mind. Anyways my question is this, what the heck was Ford thinking when they put an AM Radio with a digital tuner in my 1990 F350 Crew cab. Im not the original owner but someone paid a lot of money to get an extra two full size doors on this thing why a freaking AM radio that doesnt even have a cassette deck. I can understand no cassette deck, but no FM in 1990? This has always baffled me about this truck. Also the truck has NO factory A/C but the parts stores dont show a listing for an F350 with a 5.8L without A/C. Its not just removed. The heater controls dont have a spot for A/C and the theres no place for lines to go in to the heater box, etc. I know this truck was originally bought to work in tobacco fields, and then was used by a logging company. Could it have been special ordered without FM and A/C intentionally just to make workers not enjoy being at work?
Bonus Question- Besides Ford or a junkyard, where can i find a left REAR manual window regulator this truck. I can buy fronts all day long at Advance, O Reilly, Carquest, etc but none can get a rear for a crew cab.
