What was better, 90s disney or 90s W-B?

I voted Disney since I watched more of it, but the WB was not bad at all.

As much as I like Disney, I choose W-B. The animation was better and had hilarious shows (Tiny Toons, Animaniacs and Freakazoid).

Definitely WB for me. I rarely, if ever, watched any of those Disney shows as a kid. I saw a few episodes, but I just found the WB series so much more entertaining. And they're still funny today, as others have said, while most of the Disney series are only watched for nostalgia (in general, IMO).
