What video chat software should I use?

I am looking to start video chatting and I am not sure which service to use. I have a Microsoft LifeCam VX-5500 and have looked at Skype, ooVoo, and Gmail video chat. I am not sure what the differences are and was wondering if any users out there could let me know what they use and how/why they chose that provider. Also what are the pros and cons of the different providers
 
I have Windows Live Messenger and Skype; Windows Live Messenger is far better for video chatting (actually, in pretty much every aspect, it's superior to Skype).

WLM Pros:
Can do everything Skype can do, and all its features are free.

WLM Cons: I don't know.

Skype Pros: Better user interface (more efficient, but not necessarily more user-friendly).

Skype Cons: Although it can do all the same things as WLM, some of these services require payment (expensive).
