What version of Android do the currently available My Touch 3G phones use?

I want a touch screen smart phone that operates on Android version 1.6 or higher so I can use the google navigation app. What version of Android does the My Touch 3g use? What about the 3.5mm or Fender versions of the My Touch 3g? Any other tmobile phones use version 1.6 or higher besides the Nexus One? I would get the Nexus One but I use the family plan and won't pay $570 for an unlocked phone.
