There are Levitical Laws, that forbid contact with a women during menstruation or after birth (Leviticus 15 I believe), but that's Mosaic Law and because of Christ sacrifice on the cross were not bound to those regulations.
Regarding marriage, in ancient times the parents would choose who your spouse would be, dating didn't exist.
There's nothing in the Bible about dating, so we have to apply biblical ideas to the dating system.
If you do find a boyfriend, set regulations between you and him. Obviously no sex before marriage, but with contact, don't set yourself up to a point where you are tempted to sin.
Couple of verses that might help:
"Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me:
It is good for a man not to touch a woman....But I say this as a concession, not as a commandment."
- 1 Corinthians 7:1,6
"Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself." - Philippians 2:3
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35
"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."
- Romans 8:1
