What value, emotion, or attitude EXCLUSIVELY represents American Culture?

I was in class last week and our professor asked the class what we, as Americans, considered to be "exclusively" American, like 80% or more Americans must have this in common & is ONLY American.

I responded "Americans are more diverse than other countries," then he mentioned that Brazil & China are also diverse. Regardless of how lame my answer was, what do you, as Americans or non-Americans think represents American culture?
