What upgrades do u recommend?

I have a toyota tacoma 1999 with a 1800 W rms sub powered by a 1800 W rms amp.

I decided that im already gonna do the big 3 upgrade. should i get a HO alternator too? A extra battery? A capacitor? If so, What brand do you recommend?
